From the proceeds of that sale we acquired our first ‘Buy to Let’ property, well before the term had been invented. And although our friends at the time said we were MAD, ‘what do want with a dilapidated building in Mid Wales for’? Being a very ambitious young couple and used to taking certain risks, we saw an opportunity all those years ago to secure an income for the future. We have now built up a solid property portfolio in the U.K, as well as acquiring land & property in Eastern Europe.
