Our Green Policy
In line with many other Internet type businesses that are concerned about their impact on the environment we are striving to be as ‘paperless’ as possible and have therefore decided not to produce any unnecessary paperwork. All the information you need can be accessed on our website or can be emailed to you. The only paperwork we would send you would be documents that need original signatures.
At ONE WORLD PROPERTIES we are concerned about the environment and are therefore particularly keen to source genuine ECO FRIENDLY developments. This is a sector of the market that is in its infancy but we are convinced that it will become a major focus for developers in the near future.
We have just completed an upgrading scheme on all our properties to maximize their energy efficiency and save on emit ions. Our tenants are thrilled as their properties are greener, warmer and they are saving money.
This is an exiting time, as we are currently planning our first ECO-VILLAGE project in the beautiful Sutomore Mountain area near Bar in Montenegro. It’s in the early planning stage at this time. (See photos) Our vision is to build 5 Villas & 8 apartments that will be 100% carbon neutral. As well as having its own water supply and solar paneling we will be using as much locally sourced materials as possible |
